Abstract:
To study the theoretical and technical system of watershed pollution control and ecological restoration under the concept of Three-Water Integration (integrated management of water resources, water environment, and water ecological governance), and to construct an innovative path of pollution source tracing-risk assessment-coordinated governance, we analyzed the sources of watershed pollution and discussed methods for pollution risk assessment under the research background of Three-Water Integration. From the two aspects of theoretical basis and key technologies of pollution control, we proposed watershed pollution control strategies covering source, process, and end-of-pipe control, constructd a theoretical framework for ecological restoration, and verified the practicality and effectiveness of ecological restoration technologies through case studies. The research results showed that the Three-Water Integration concept provided a new perspective and scientific theoretical basis for watershed pollution control and ecological restoration, and the application of pollution control strategies and ecological restoration technologies had achieved remarkable results. The research results can provide a reference for promoting the development of theories and practices in watershed water resources management in China.
