      长江流域水利数据模型服务平台设计与实现

      Design and implementation of water conservancy data and model service platform in Yangtze River Basin

      • 摘要: 为提升长江流域综合调度能力,解决多目标、多约束的协同管理难题,避免数据孤岛与重复建设,设计并实现了长江流域水利数据模型服务平台。基于Spring Cloud Alibaba框架,平台集成防洪、水量、生态等多领域数据与模型,实现了水利数据与模型的服务注册、服务管理、统一网关、统计分析等功能,提供了统一的数据模型注册及调用接口。以长江流域控制性水利工程综合调度支持系统和水雨情数据质控系统为例,阐述了平台服务的应用方式和效果,经对比,两个案例中系统在计算效率、数据准确性上都有所提升。研究成果可为构建标准化、易扩展的水利数据共享平台提供技术参考。

         

        Abstract: To enhance the comprehensive dispatching capability of the Yangtze River Basin, solve the problem of collaborative management with multiple objectives and constraints, and avoid data silos and redundant construction, this paper developed the water conservancy data model service platform in the Yangtze River Basin.Based on the Spring Cloud Alibaba framework, the platform integrates data and models from multiple fields such as flood control, water volume, and ecology.The platform realized the functions of service registration, service management, unified gateway and statistical analysis, and provided a unified data and model registration and invocation interface.This paper took the integrated dispatching support system and the water and rainfall data quality control system as examples to illustrate the application methods and effects.After comparison, the systems had been improved in terms of computational efficiency and data accuracy.The results can provide technical reference for building a standardized and easily extensible water conservancy data sharing platform.
