Abstract:
To improve municipal water data quality and governance efficiency, supported by technologies such as digital twins and artificial intelligence, the business requirements and technical challenges in the process of water conservancy data integration in Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of Ili were analyzed.Building on this, an innovative municipal water data engine architecture was proposed. This architecture effectively integrated municipal water conservancy resources by addressing key operational requirements including water resource scheduling, intelligent operation and maintenance, and disaster early warning. It achieved a data standardization rate exceeding 90% and reduced early warning response time to under 5 seconds. The findings of this study will provide intelligent support for water management decision-making, enhance smart operation and maintenance capabilities, and offer a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the informationization development of water conservancy in Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of Ili.
