      2020~2024年洞庭湖浮游动物分布特征及驱动因素

      Distribution characteristics and driving factors of zooplankton in Dongting Lake from 2020 to 2024

      • 摘要: 为研究洞庭湖水质演变与浮游动物群落动态的关联,以2020~2024年为时间尺度,通过季节性采样(枯水期3月、丰水期9月)对洞庭湖11个典型断面的浮游动物群落进行系统调查,同步测定12项环境因子,采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数对洞庭湖进行水生态评价。结果显示:① 洞庭湖浮游动物共计检出2门36属,轮虫(15属)为绝对优势类群,占总密度的97%以上(131.1个/L);枝角类(14属,2.1个/L)和桡足类(7属,1.8个/L)密度较低,群落呈现显著“小型化”特征。② 空间分布上,东洞庭湖浮游动物密度均值达160个/L,显著高于西洞庭湖(126个/L)和南洞庭湖(112个/L),这与该区域总氮浓度(1.67±0.37 mg/L)和叶绿素a含量(0.006 mg/L)的富集特征密切相关。③ 群落优势种以轮虫为主,包括多肢轮虫(Polyarthra sp.)、异尾轮虫(Trichocerca sp.)、龟甲轮虫(Keratella sp.)以及臂尾轮虫(Brachionus sp.)。④ 水温(WT)、总氮(TN)和氨氮(NH3-N)为调控浮游动物分布的关键驱动因子。洞庭湖水生态状况为中等-良好,Pielou均匀度指数评价结果优于Shannon-Wiener多样性指数。

         

        Abstract: To study the correlation between water quality evolution and zooplankton community dynamics of Dongting Lake,this study conducted a systematic investigation of zooplankton communities at 11 typical sections of Dongting Lake from 2020 to 2024,with seasonal sampling in March (dry season) and September (flood season).Twelve environmental factors were simultaneously measured to reveal the dynamics of community structure,its correlation with environmental factors,and to assess aquatic ecological health.The results showed that a total of 2 phyla and 36 genera of zooplankton were detected in Dongting Lake.Rotifers (15 genera) were the absolute dominant group,accounting for over 97% of the total density (131.1 individuals·L-1).Cladocerans (14 genera,2.1 individuals·L-1) and copepods (7 genera,1.8 individuals·L-1) had lower densities,indicating a significant "miniaturization" trend in the community.In terms of spatial distribution,the average zooplankton density in East Dongting Lake reached 160 individuals·L-1,significantly higher than that in West Dongting Lake (126 individuals·L-1) and South Dongting Lake (112 individuals·L-1).This was closely related to the enrichment characteristics of total nitrogen concentration (1.67±0.37 mg/L) and chlorophyll a content (0.006 mg/L) in the region.The dominant species of the community were rotifers,including Polyarthra sp.,Trichocerca sp.,Keratella sp.,and Brachionus sp. Redundancy Analysis (RDA) results indicated that water temperature (WT),total nitrogen (TN),and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) were the key driving factors regulating zooplankton distribution.Using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index for aquatic ecological assessment,the results showed that the aquatic ecological status of Dongting Lake was moderate to good,with the Pielou evenness index performing better than the Shannon-Wiener diversity index.
