      江苏省水资源供需平衡及驱动力模拟

      Water Resources Supply-Demand Balance and Driving Force Simulation in Jiangsu Province

      • 摘要:   研究在气候变化与人类活动双重胁迫下区域水资源供需平衡,是水资源优化配置与科学管理的基础,对于保障经济社会长期稳健发展具有重要的意义。本研究通过建立江苏省水资源供需系统动力学模型,定量、多层次模拟充分考虑气候变化与人类活动影响的4种情景下水资源供需平衡动态变化趋势。在此基础上,利用对数平均迪氏指数法,分析引起需水量变化的驱动力。结果表明:预测期内,4种情景下水资源供需矛盾不断加剧;技术效应,经济效应分别是抑制,促进研究区需水量增长的第一驱动力;情景比较结果显示,情景QS1下经济增速最快和水资源利用水平最高,是江苏省未来的适合发展模式。

         

        Abstract: Studying the regional water resources supply-demand balance under the dual stresses of climate change and human activities serves as the foundation for optimal water allocation and scientific management, and holds significant importance for ensuring the long-term steady development of the economy and society.In this study, a system dynamics (SD) model of the water resources supply-demand system in Jiangsu Province was established to quantitatively and multi-dimensionally simulate the dynamic trends of water resources supply-demand balance under four scenarios that fully consider the impacts of climate change and human activities.On this basis, the Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) method was employed to analyze the driving forces causing changes in water demand.The results indicate that during the prediction period, the contradiction between water supply and demand intensifies continuously under all four scenarios. Technical effects and economic effects are identified as the primary driving forces that inhibit and promote, respectively, the growth of water demand in the study area. Furthermore, scenario comparison results show that Scenario QS1, characterized by the fastest economic growth and the highest level of water use efficiency, represents a suitable development mode for the future of Jiangsu Province.
