Abstract:
The end of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project (MR-SNWDP) has only a pressure pump station. Once an emergency causes some or all units to shut down, and the water level of the channel rises rapidly, it will have a great impact on the upstream dispatching. Under the premise of ensuring the project safety, overall consideration of the economic emergency dispatching is crucial. In this paper, the upstream canal section, the control gate, the water outlet and the return gate of the Huinanzhuang Pump Station is selected. Taking the unscheduled shutdown of the 4 units of Huinanzhuang Pump Station under pressurized operation of 43m³/s as a typical example, this paper continuously adjusts emergency dispatching schemes with different flow rates by adjusting the return gate and the upstream control gate. Then, this paper uses the unsteady flow model to simulate, and forms emergency dispatching prescheme by comparing and selecting the results of the preview. The results show that: Under the condition that the bypass pipe is opened for about 20m
3/s self-flowing water conveyance after all the 4 units of Huinanzhuang Pump Station unscheduledly shut down under pressurized operation of 43m³/s, regardless of whether the upstream control gate is down-regulated, the Beijuma Retreat Sluice should be opened within 10 minutes, and the discharge flow is 25m
3/s.By optimizing the emergency dispatching plan, , the water volume can be reduced by about 190, 000 m³. Through the analysis, when the 4 units of Huinanzhuang Pump Station unscheduledly shut down under pressurized operation of 43m³/s, it is recommended to control the Fenzhuanghe check gate water level below the design water level and control the Beijuma gate water level near 60.10m, so as to use channels to store excess water and reserve space.
