      南京新济洲河段整治工程综合效果分析与思考

      Analysis and Evaluation of the Integrated Effects of the River Regulation Project at Nanjing's Xinjizhou Reach

      • 摘要: 南京新济洲河段作为长江进入江苏省的首段,河势复杂、洲滩发育频繁,历史上曾多次发生崩岸险情,严重影响防洪安全与区域发展。为稳定河势、提升防洪能力,2013–2018年实施了系统整治工程,包括导流坝建设、中汊封堵、护岸加固等工程措施。工程实施后,新济洲河段河势趋于稳定,左右汊分流比得到有效调控,生态功能显著增强,湿地生物多样性明显恢复。然而,受上游小黄洲汊道分流比持续变化的影响,局部河势仍存在不稳定现象,如冲刷坑扩展、崩岸频发等。建议加强长期监测、推进上下游协同治理,确保工程长效安全。

         

        Abstract: The Xinjizhou Reach of the Yangtze River in Nanjing, as the first section of the river entering Jiangsu Province, features complex river regimes and frequent shoal development, with historical occurrences of bank collapses seriously impacting flood control safety and regional development. To stabilize the river regime and enhance flood control capacity, systematic regulation projects were implemented from 2013 to 2018, including the construction of flow-guiding dams, middle channel blockage, and bank revetment reinforcements. After the project implementation, the river regime of the Xinjizhou Reach has stabilized, the flow division ratio between the left and right channels has been effectively regulated, and ecological functions have significantly improved, with a notable recovery in wetland biodiversity. However, influenced by the ongoing changes in the flow division ratio of the upstream Xiaohuangzhou Reach, local instability persists, manifested as expanding scour pits and frequent bank collapses. It is recommended to strengthen long-term monitoring and promote coordinated management of upstream and downstream sections to ensure the long-term safety and effectiveness of the project.
