      Design and application of information system for reservoir dam safety assessment

      • To address the problems of heavy workload and high repetitiveness in reservoir dam safety evaluation work, it is urgent to develop universal software for reservoir dam safety evaluation to improve work efficiency.Based on the previously developed information system for reservoir dam safety evaluation, improvements were made to the original system by establishing evaluation function modules and setting up professional calculation modules, and the enhanced system was applied to the Xiangshan Reservoir.The results demonstrated that the improved system features an intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient interface with strong versatility.It can rapidly generate professional evaluation reports and detailed calculation sheets containing detailed calculation processes with one-click operation.The evaluation results were accurate and reliable, which could effectively enhance work efficiency and deliverable quality, and showing broad application prospects.
