Abstract
In response to the prevalent issues in the management of land acquisition and resettlement for water conservancy and hydropower projects—such as data fragmentation, deviations in the implementation of resettlement policies, and the long development and maintenance cycles and high costs of information systems—this paper studies and proposes a cloud computing-based, multi-tenant, rapid-delivery resettlement cloud platform architecture. By establishing an innovative "Internet + Resettlement" service model, this architecture provides secure, convenient, and low-cost services, effectively filling a gap in the industry. The platform not only facilitates the market-oriented promotion of future large-scale hydropower projects, pumped storage projects, and environmental protection projects but also lays the foundation for fostering new business models and creating a favorable digital ecosystem for resettlement.
