Design and Practice of Informatization Software for Reservoir Dam Safety Assessment

There is a vast number of aging and risky reservoirs with complex and diverse safety issues at the current stage in China. The workload for safety assessments of reservoir dams is heavy and highly repetitive，which is quite urgent to develop the universal informatization software for reservoir dam safety assessment. This paper introduces the information-based software for reservoir dam safety assessment and presents the evaluation functional modules and professional calculation module.with Xiangshan Reservoir. Results show that the software features an intuitive and user-friendly interface with high versatility and efficiency, significantly improving work efficiency and result quality.
